Terms of use

Spark Nexus is a free, player-made trading card game. By signing in you agree to keep your card art original, not to abuse the economy (exploits, automation that harms others, or harassment), and to accept that admins may moderate or remove cards and accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of art you upload. Uploading grants Spark Nexus a non-exclusive license to display that art on Spark Nexus — including the site, packs, matches, social features, and AT Proto / PDS publish when available. Spark Nexus will not sell your card art on other platforms or license it to third-party data buyers or AI training companies. Stolen or infringing uploads are still prohibited and may be removed.

Sparks, Cinders, Crystals, and cards have no cash value. They exist only inside this game. Do not buy or sell them for real money outside the site's own trade system.

During closed beta, cards, balance, and in-game currencies may be changed or reset. Progress and inventories are not final until we leave beta.

Mature-content cards must be marked. Content involving minors in sexual contexts is never allowed. Report tools exist for a reason — use them.

The service is provided as-is. Matches may disconnect; we try to reconnect, but wins and losses can still be recorded after a timeout.

These terms may change as the game grows. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
